Tim's ability to delivery difficult concepts and topics with such patience was incredible. He managed to make everyone understand in a way that worked for them and when asked to repeat something, however basic a question, he responded with such kindness and re-phrased the information until it made sense. Excellent Course and Steve was absolutely brilliant. We had a shortened time period due to the Bank Holiday but Steve guided us through and with some effort in a few evenings we got the result.
