The course took me from not Knowing anything specific about air con to being able to understand the principles and apply them to installation, fault finding and general servicing. I have a background in engineering and some knowledge of physics which I found very useful.

Excellent service and delivery on all course subjects. I would recommend any engineering courses that are covered by Technique, to people i know for educational purposes.

All lot to take in for a short course .

This was my third training with TLS. I will say the Mod 1 and TIM10 course were excellent. However this course was a sham. The delivery of the class overall was poor. Information given was confusing and incomplete in content. In my class of seven students not one of us was confident of attempting the online exam. Multiple attempts had to be made by all of us to complete the written part of the practical test after being given conflicting and confusing information from instructors. An instructor told me an incorrect answer to a question that resulted in a third attempt at my written part. I'm sure I am not the only student on this course with the same opinion. I was contemplating leaving the venue without attempting the online exam because of the standard.
