Dawn is an excellent tutor. Covered things from the upcoming weeks without interruption to the current schedule. Plenty of information throughout and was great to find out you have picked knowledge up through informal chats with her without realising!

For someone from a non electrical background and experience the course content was overwhelming for the course duration excluding examination

Course criteria stated that 'typically', 2 to 3 systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi) would be covered, however each person on the course was only able to access one hardware manufacturer setup during the course. Our course progressed quickly (we had all but completed Day 3 assessments by the end of Day 2) and I felt that more could have been covered in the given time. Aside from the above, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and found our tutor to be exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The delivery method was probably the poorest I have experienced and I have done numerous courses and class room trained new meter fitters. The content was simply read word per word from the book. With all due respect for the person, there is no presentation or delivery skills whatsoever. Very disappointed.

I wish I had done this course earlier.Pete was more than a professional teacher, he was like an apostle or a close friend who seeks to make himself understood and bring the student to that level of understanding that would allow him to fix his knowledge by the student on a professional level. It is said that the job is stolen.During the course, Pete made it possible to understand the phenomenon that is hidden under the refrigeration and AC systems. Congratulations on having such a teacher.
