Overall fantastic personality I would loved but more practical time in workshop but other that very good

Can't fault the course, my only concern is the length of time until I sit the practical exam in a month without any training.

On the whole a very good course and tutor. The equipment used really needs to be very rugged. The average refrigeration system might get charged and recovered from once or twice in its life, whereas for the training rigs used on the course this might happen 2 or 3 times a day. Consequently, some of the equipment such as the refrigerant recovery machines needs replacing. It's a shame that the refrigerant used (R404a) of which small quantities are inevitably released during the charging and recovery processes (up to 3 times a day) happens to be one with a very high GWP.

Tim was great very helpful, my only criticism is that some of the measuring equipment needs to be renewed, some of it is past its best.

the content of the course was delivered in a professional and friendly manner and the atmosphere of the class was warm and inclusive, all questions were answered and also explained which made for a excellent learning environment. thank you

Very good thanks. Have only done the half day Part P course so far, so don't know the whole course well, but this part was good.

Dawn was verry helpful and supportive. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions asked in a digestible manner. Large variety of equipment to use and gain experiance with.

It's been very nice to be trained by a tutor that has had life experience of the subject they are delivering. At all times the course has been interesting and informative. Thank you.
