Good informative course and lecturer Food portions a bit small for adults

Good week on the course. Feel the assessment could be open book as it is a lot to take in over a short time

Lunch provided while good quality, I think think they may have got the meals mixed up with the local primary school. Portion sizes for an adult was embarrassing.
