Steve delivered the course very well and handled the discussions around the content very well always took the time to ensure the correct outcome was achieved and I believe all present gained the required knowledge required to operate as HV AP’s for CBRE. I couldn’t fault the lecturer I just found there was too much ambiguity in the material. The questions in the folder were difficult to answer using the material in the folder as a reference I had to rely on previous experience.
