A bit chilly in classroom and switchgear area on day one. Steve and Eddie were both excellent and knowledgable.

Main Trainer was Steve supported by Eric. I was assigned to Steve’s group and he was very professional and approachable. He had a logical approach and calming influence when supporting his candidates towards and during their assessments. Over the years I have found that many trainers have had the opposite effect. Thank you Faraday, Steve and Eric.
Eddie and Steve were brilliant. Both have a lot of knowledge, are really helpful and do their best to answer any and all questions and have good discussions.

The course in my opinion is feeling a little dated, switching and equipment are more sophisticated now and the course doesn’t really reflect that. Also the permits and isolation certificates etc all done electronically now, but the guys who ran the course were excellent and knowledgeable on the subject both extremely helpful and friendly very much enjoyed my time with them
A good course given by 2 experienced and enthusiastic instructors, good facilities. Only criticism would be that some of the equipment and practices are now quite dated eg switching in front of boards and been able to apply earth switches without satisfying interlocks / castell key system
Less focus on Faraday rules which don’t apply to most other companies and more focus on the principles of switching would improve course.
