A little too much PowerPoint for my liking and course handbook was missing sections that it should have had.
Practicals would have been more interesting however Steve was great
Would prefer more practical elements. Venue great and knowledgeable staff.

Lecturer very good answered any questions I had , found the course very fast paced and hard to keep up with? Very likely due to my own lack of knowledge!

The course met expected requirements for high safety on the site. Course instructor was knowledgeable ,passionate and enthusiastic.
I know Lee advised against re-writing war and peace but I couldn't do the course justice in a few short sentences. Both lecturers were phenomenal and an absolute credit to the center, they both turned something dangerous and stressful into an incredibly relaxed learning environment. as someone who suffers from anxiety I get really worked up when facing challenges like this but the constant reassurance and education about the problems you may have was faultless. by Friday I was almost certain I was going to pass the course and although still a little nervous the whole day felt so manageable and I knew if I stuck to what I had been taught everything was going to be ok. Russ has an incredible way with people and has a genuine will for all the guys on the course to not only pass but to fully understand what they are doing and walk away with a whole new bank of knowledge and confidence. I truly cant thank the both of you enough, and everyone else at the Faraday center who helped make the experience. (That includes you spinning Eddy!!!) I arrived a southern softy and left feeling like a King of the North!!! ps: every time I close a door I now here secure substation, thanks Dal!!!! :)
The training experience at Faraday Centre is excellent, all the staff make you feel welcome and are very helpful. The training provided by Steve Procopis was really good and enjoyable. A lot of topics were covered and Steve went above and beyond, ensuring everything is thoroughly discussed and comprehended by all participants. Steve would not mind discussing topics not covered in the course curriculum and stayed with us late , providing additional insight and comments.
