Content perfect. However, the way the book was packaged made it difficult to find relevant information. It should be sectionalized.

Very impressed with the training facility. Dave delivered the course and prepared us for the test very well.
Written section of the final exam didn't seem to have been covered too well in the course.

Duration could have been less for content provided, if had more content available the 3 days would have been fine. One of best led courses attended and content/ materials/ equipment superb. Taken so much more away from the course than I expected and have learnt new procedures I can implement into my own safe systems at work. Not only was it the issuing/ receiving of SFT but the steps taken how to get there with the switching procedure/ switching practical. Really helped to further my development and knowledge.
Always a pleasure to return to the Faraday Training Centre.In addition to this course , which I believe is a must for all APs/SAPs.Lee the course tutor provided extra tuition on the practical side of the 33KV switching in relation to the Sanction To Test requirements.Would highly recommended to all HR managers/directors
