The best course I’ve been on in a while. Overall the course was delivered well, the lecturers managed to keep people engaged and added some humour into a subject that can sometimes be quite dry. The course content was thorough and organised well, they gradually eased people into the subject matter and by the end of the week I felt it gave me a solid grounding to progress with my HV authorisation at work. The only one minor comment and this may be personal. I would have liked to have had one or two more scenarios and maybe some more complex ones. 9.5/10
Excellent course, very knowledgeable, Made me feel at ease from the start. Felt the course enabled me to take all the information in which will be beneficial for the real world. Good mixture of theory and practical. Russ Burnett is a very good trainer!!!
