The course was excellent but would have preferred to switch a little bit more equipment and find out about different types of switch gear. However the course tutor was outstanding and explained this course very well.

Lecturer was good and very knowledgable. Negative comments, too much paper printed off which was exactly what was showing on the screen and was not needed.
The course is too short, not enough time to cover the content effectively. The exam is a pain if you have slow Wi-Fi. Course tutor was very Knowledgeable
Course needs to be longer to give chance to learn too much focus on just passing the exam not learning. IT for testing causes stress, if it is going to be used it needs to b reliable, too many people on the course had issues with it.
Good in depth look at electricity, how it works, how to test and the health and safety side of it which is ever more important as time goes on. The tutor Steve kept me engaged the whole way through, using slides to help back up the points he was trying to make.
Very good course, with an instructor who took time to explain all aspects. Russ also injected some humour which helped during the more dryer modules.
