The venue is clean and well equipped. The materials, of the course, are clear and concise Sufficient time for practising, and all instructors are friendly and answered all my queries
The tutor Andy was great , he had lots of industry experience to draw on to make the course as relevant as possible. The biggest problem with studying at the Faraday Centre is the temperature. It is at times uncomfortably cold and thus something really does need to be done regarding the heating. Lastly it seems the standard of food has decreased since I last studied here with no biscuits for breaks, a lesser choice of hot drinks for the machine and smaller meal sizes.

Really good course, learnt a lot about the processes of checking for dead and isolating systems as before I had no knowledge. I can take some good information away from the course and start asking questions at work. Enjoyed the practical part.
Meeting room was warm enough but building absolutely freezing
Great live examples and real world experience from Connor. Room cold and some minor IT glitches to resolve at first but very good overall. Great practical areas with a lot of capability.
