Needs to be a little more interactive. A lot of reading from the presentation.
Course was good. Challenging. Lecturer was full of information and happy to offer examples and knowledge.
We had Nigel on the first day and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the course material. Well delivered course and interviewing scenarios and techniques are very helpful.
Course very good informative and engaging from start
It would be good to do more practical testing and setting up equipment
Have been on T1, T2 and T3. Trainer was a good guy but feel as though he wasn't really the right guy for the course. Dave came in on the last day (for about an hour) and I felt as though I'd learnt more in an hour with Dave than I had the rest of the week. Suspect there was a shortage of staff, but the course should have been cancelled and rearranged for when the right people were available, rather than having somebody stand in.
Author Hall was a very competent and experienced lecturer. He made the subject matter interesting and a joy to learn. I especially enjoyed his life experiences in regards to the training which helped me relate to the subject matter. Excellent
