This course was very professionally carried out and made everyone fully engaged. This has now give me more confidence in what I am doing.
I’ve learnt a lot that had no idea about very informal
Interesting eye opening course. Leaving with questions to ask upon return to place of work. Lecturer was engaging and informative.
A lot of information to digest over the three days. Instructor 1st rate
The course content and Lecturer(Ged) was good and was put across perfectly. The exam questions was a little misleading and had double answers on some questions
Some questions were vague more than one answer was correct
