Excellent course would recommend to others.

The course has been fantastic and I've learnt an awful lot through the guidance and assistance of Alan. His knowledge, experience and the feedback provided at each stage was brilliant and made learning easy.

Allan was great very knowledgeable and experienced. Food was amazing.

Great course informative and practical would recommend

Very practical which is great but I would suggest a provision of safely glass and gloves as minimum safety measures. 5/6 of the participants had a minimal cut over the period of the course. Other than this, everything else was top notch.

Lee is great

Some information difficult to find. (HSG85)

Lee was awesome! His knowledge is vast and was super helpful with any questions, explained in a clear and simple manner.
