The course was very informative and taught very well by Alan. Although it was a lot of information to take on board over a 5 day course, it was taught in an efficient way and the course material provided made it easy to go over topics that required additional revision. The USB stick provided with the course material will be useful to allow attendees to revisit these topics in the future.
Course was good. Challenging. Lecturer was full of information and happy to offer examples and knowledge.
We had Nigel on the first day and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the course material. Well delivered course and interviewing scenarios and techniques are very helpful.
Course very good informative and engaging from start
Author Hall was a very competent and experienced lecturer. He made the subject matter interesting and a joy to learn. I especially enjoyed his life experiences in regards to the training which helped me relate to the subject matter. Excellent

Enjoyable course. Both lecturers were informative and made it a relaxing but still a professional environment. Examples of their real world working examples added to the content.
Training centre and instructors top notch. Only complaint is having to unnecessarily queue for over an hour on first day of course delaying the course and and wasting time.
