Good engagement throughout.

I was exceptionally pleased to have received over the expected amount of fries with my burger. To get 28 when I only expected 19 was perfect service. Food was excellent throughout. I will recommend courses to other colleagues if they require the training. Ps. Dave loves motorbikes

Achieved what was required

Very informative and pleasant experience. The stressing of importance of some parts of the regular=tons and procedures has highlighted areas in which the procedures onboard the vessels i am responsible for could be improved moving forward. Highly recommended. Many Thanks
