Steve has been very polite and made the course enjoyable and digestible. He is very personable which puts the class at ease and relays the information in a way that is easy to understand but is also firm where he needs to be to ensure the class doesn't go off track.

I was exceptionally pleased to have received over the expected amount of fries with my burger. To get 28 when I only expected 19 was perfect service. Food was excellent throughout. I will recommend courses to other colleagues if they require the training. Ps. Dave loves motorbikes
