Content perfect. However, the way the book was packaged made it difficult to find relevant information. It should be sectionalized.

Andy has delivered a perfect course tailored to our specific needs in a friendly manor, felt very at ease to ask any course related questions regardless if I thought it a question i should already know the answer to.

Duration could have been less for content provided, if had more content available the 3 days would have been fine. One of best led courses attended and content/ materials/ equipment superb. Taken so much more away from the course than I expected and have learnt new procedures I can implement into my own safe systems at work. Not only was it the issuing/ receiving of SFT but the steps taken how to get there with the switching procedure/ switching practical. Really helped to further my development and knowledge.
