Great and informative course. Course handouts were brilliant. Alan is a great lecturer! The food provided at the course could be better.
Lecturer was great and very helpful. Made the course very easy to take in and enjoyable as well. Overall course content was great, interesting and easy to follow. A lot of useful information that will be ideal for the workplace. The venue was good however could have done with more food options apart from lunch such as a vending machine that took card etc.

An okay course, not a great deal of new stuff was learnt given my previous experience, but it raised some good talking points with the class and the tutor was knowledgeable . It has given me a few things to implement on my return to work, so worthwhile overall.
Very good course, Norman is a very good and knowledgeable lecture, very helpful with the theory and the practical, the course content was good and the food was very good. Overall a good course.
