Russ was a brilliant Instructor Extremely knowledgeable and made the learning environment Fun but very informative.
Fantastic set up in the practical room. Lecturer was knowledgeable and delivered excellently. Venue for practical test is too cold though.

Extra tea making facilities due to larger numbers of trainees. Tea bags and coffee rather than wasteful single use plastics.
