Very good delivery.

The course was well prepared and presented, although it didn't focus predominantly on the equipment used at GE, it provided a decent insight into what is required. Ideally some of the material around calculations and distribution equipment GE won't be used could be removed or minimised and more practical switching time put in its place. Food was also luke warm.

Great course lots of practical exercises to get you used to the equipment. Lots of fun a little bit like the crystal maze trying to figure out how the equipment works but no pressure. Phil was great lots of knowledge and great lecturer
