The room we were in desperately needs air con cooling, its far too hot in warm weather, effecting concentration .

Food was a bit questionable

A lot of information to take in.. questions are tricky for persons that has never worked on HV. However practical exercises and lecturer were outstandingly good

Good introduction to LV safety. Would be nice if there was more equipment for practicals, such as UPS and generators.

A good course for maintenance on switchgear. Good amount of practical content.

Too many assumptions where made of the trainees knowledge and skills base without seeking clarification. Course materials available to use during the week where not clearly known that they didn’t belong to the students so do not write in them!! My course was booked via a 3rd party company and as such some information did not filter down to me.

Gary and Russ were great always there to help you out if you were stuck with anything, Excellent course very well organised would definitely come back for my refresher.

Learnt a huge amount, very informative.

Good understanding from tutor passed on to students

I feel like I’ve learned an awful lot about protection this week! Alan went above and beyond to teach and show me about protection systems, he had an answer for every question I asked and I ask a lot of questions! Thanks Alan
