I found the course useful in that it had been a long time since I've worked with HV switch gear. It was a good reminder. I found the venue OK but the quality of the food was dire and for the cost of the course I'd expect something better. Overall a good introduction only if you are going to be continuing on to the S4 course.

Would like some more switching practical work that’s tailored more to our industry types switchgear. (Sf6) The lecturers was great though

Ged is a very good lecturer, however, the amount of powerpoints squeezed into such a short time makes it very hard for the course to be enjoyable.

Good venue with excellent knowledgeable and experienced instructors.

The course provided a good overview of protection systems. I would like to learn more about the design aspects of protection, potentially in the P3 course at another point in future. Good content, interesting topics and particularly enjoyed the fault finding exercise.
