The course was well presented, undertaken at a good pace. The lecturers put the right emphasis on the various important parts of the course, emphasizing the need to apply safe working as the main goal of the course. The course is very informative and safety heavy with procedures to ensure persons are working safely at all time. The instructor are approachable and explain clearly what the roles and responsibilities of an AP are.

Found the course extremely useful in expanding my knowledge of protection systems. The lecturer (Alan) was great at explaining theory and getting everyone involved. Will be highly recommending to colleagues!

The course was well prepared and presented, although it didn't focus predominantly on the equipment used at GE, it provided a decent insight into what is required. Ideally some of the material around calculations and distribution equipment GE won't be used could be removed or minimised and more practical switching time put in its place. Food was also luke warm.
