Good course and really enjoyed the practical side of it doing the switching procedures as this well help me going forward in my role.

Due to being first time course a number of teething issues. Nothing major. Faraday and rwe can iron out these issues with course material moving forward.

Normal is a great instructor. Very knowledgable and friendly. Willing to spend extra time or go back over any parts of the course you were struggling with. The facilities are also really good. The free food from the canteen was also very nice and a nice bonus. Overall - excellent.

Brilliant course, Chris Wilson is a fantastic lecturer, loads of knowledge and experience, helps you understand everything in the course. Loads of good practical work and a variety of equipment to work on.

Very well presented and made the book easier to read. Exam itself had the worst written questions I have ever experienced in my whole professional career. Has to add words in between others to try and make some sense of them
