Really interesting to reflect on own practices and think about what I already do well and what I can do better. Presenter was engaging, informative and had a good grasp of when he was starting to loose people and refocused with appropriately timed talks to partners

All very useful. Lots of sitting on terribly uncomfortable chairs.
