Really enjoyable training day. Loved the interactive nature of the course and the breakout sessions worked really well online. And the material on resilience was delivered in a very interesting way.

I really enjoyed this session. Even though it was mainly aimed at teaching I feel that I would be able to implement some of the techniques in my work within the company

This was a very interesting presentation, and has really helped me going forward during teaching psychology module and helped me develop ideas for my next lessons
