Well paced with the right level of interactivity. Allowing staff to talk through the answers rather than shout is ensures no uncomfortable silences. Humour was well received

Metacognition still a bit of a mystery. How do you get students to do it. Then do it better do it's more likely to have an impact. Especially when it is so hard to measure how do we/ known it is this that is having an impact
