Found this 1.5 hours valuable. Just enough info to provide food for thought and allow some reflection without overloading. Plus sufficient signposting to further research if want to read /explore more. good amount of interactivity too. The content was relevant and will allow some aspects to be put into practice. thanks

The presenter showed a very professional approach and delivered the session with time for delegates to think about the activity. Interactive games/experiments was used to great effect and added to the enjoyability of taking in the content. Using video/sound to enhance the presentation.
