Great topic and tasks. Made me very reflective and also consider how I am going to approach a work problem

Sum up - Avoid the brain's pet hates - communicating messages to avoid - unfairness, uncertainty, (loss of) control, (change of) status

Needed a bit more direction on the main task. I jumped straight in and kind of lost my thread.
