Would be great to have some subject specific guidance
Training was fantastic, however would be great to ask questions that involve all staff members. As an LSA, I work solely with a child, not a classroom. I can relate but not to the same extent.
Engaging and interactive, definitely thought provoking and range of examples are so helpful in carrying through to classroom
