Pat is by far the best trainer I have encountered. He was engaging, and made the material really come to life, constantly bringing the content back to real life situations. Really good mix between use of chat, breakout rooms and presentation.
It was great to reflect on a topic that I rarely touch upon let alone during working hours. Charlotte Williams' presentation was really engaging. Loved it.
Really interesting session. Fantastic speaker and thoughtful collaborative discussion afterwards.

Informative and well coached kept it interesting
Really informative and interesting. I observed Pat delivering the session for my own CPD ( I am the coach and assessor of this cohort, invaluable training).
