Too much info and not a very long day on video chat. By the last hour or so I was really struggling.

All elements were comprehensively explained

I enjoyed the course, because it is important for everyone to know how to be a good human being. I’m open honest respectful person so I was well aware of my behavior and try to never offend anyone, so the course didn’t teach me anything new but I do believe a lot of people will benefit from it.

Bernie delivered the course well and was engaging throughout. However I would prefer to do this session in a classroom rather than over teams. I do appreciate this is due to Covid.

The trainer was very engaging and supportive

I enjoyed the break out rooms. This was the first time it had been used in TEAMS training and worked well

Never used the break out rooms before that was interesting Very relevant material

Useful course

Extremely hard over teams

The trainer did his best with the online materials however I feel we could still do this course in our Lecture Theatre and remain socially distanced. It would be a better learning environment
