I felt Rich was very inclusive, I liked that he geared his discussion to the work & aims of the EA and also discussed and encouraged thoughts and input from us all, not just telling us the right answer / approach
Trainer kept us all engaged and the various tasks got everyone involved. There were a few technical issues, but it didn't spoil the day.
