Good information session on complting the course
It was well structured and paced throughout the day. With it being run via shorter bitesize chunks, it has made it easier to attend and maintain a semblance of day to day management within role
Difficult circumstances to get people to all discuss issues over Teams but considering this was delivered remotely it worked very well
very good well structured course delivered over three short periods which worked well
Was curious as to how this could be delivered online but have really enjoyed the day. Good pace and excellent instructor knowledge and explanation of each sesson
I missed the interaction / group work and fun activities which would normally form part of these sessions However Rich did really well in difficult circumstances on Teams and managed to keep everyone engaged For me 'change' isn't the most interesting of the modules on the programme but I enjoyed it anyway
The topic was very interesting though I do feel that it can be very confusing with regard to all the different theories e.g. ADKAR, Kotter.
