Well paced and very clear explanation and guidance from trainer. Could have gone bit deeper into some of the specific CPI examples offered by group - to really dig into the 'theory vs practical' aspect - but also really hard to do in the time without dropping course content
The online format is good but resulted in dead time as the presenter had to take time to go to each group. Probably would be easier in face to face session. Overall clear and helpful delivery
I understand more about the PM than I did before and felt overall it was a good session.
I have found the material very useful and feel prepared to stealthily practice my active listening, trust and negotiation skills on unsuspecting relations prior to engaging in meaningful negotiations at work.

I enjoyed the session. It was split up nicely with breaks and activities. It may have been good to have some more breakout activities / scenarios around influencing others. The course material was very relevant to me and my role, with a lot that I can take away to practice straight away. Thank you.
