It was a great couple of days and ability to apply the learning practically made it all worthwhile

Really good session, I enjoyed it and learnt a lot!

Today wasn't a great day personally, I have lost confidence in my ability to stretch and understand, but felt the need to dig and keep going. I will reset but may need a recap on some parts.
