Very good delivery. My only negative point is that I struggled a bit too engage as I don't have that good of an awareness of the finance/ budgeting system within our organisation as I'm not really a manager. But I am really glad to have taken part as it has really helped me understand the topic better.

WAS APPREHENSIVE AT FIRST BECAUSE BUDGETS/FINANCE CAN BE A DRY SUBJECT. HOWEVER, THIS WAS BASED AROUND THEORY AND HOW IT FITS INTO OUR WORKPLACE.
