A good informative day as always.

GOod topic to go through as currenlty going through change, so was helpful.

poor sound quality not the trainers fault. However, i felt we spent too long in break out rooms and the slides were not up long enough to get a photos.

The connection was poor so difficulty in hearing the course leader clearly.
