Excellent day Great interaction and direction from Instructor Pat Wade
the day was just a recap of theories/ input that we have had for a number of years . These have been delivered numerous times and there was nothing new within the content.
Really enjoyed all of the sessions snd group tasks.
A great course, plenty to take on board with my role as line manager.
A good course, would of liked a little more focus on our services own decision making model
