it had a good balance of content and interaction with the participants. i would recommend this course to colleagues.
I enjoyed the course. It wasn't too heavy. The police examples were interesting. It was also good to meet people undertaking different roles in the Environment Agency.
It was good to split it into 3 sessions, and have plenty of interactive elements to maintain attention even on a hot day!

Good content, good delivery. Could do with a bit more time to get into POLL or even the web address in prep for the session.
