Much longer than needed and a lot of duplicated content from other modules
I've struggled with this module, it didn't really feel as though it related to Business Planning as it was all around PDRs.
Great trainer, very knowledgeable. Training was at enjoyable pace and it was interesting chatting to people from other areas of council in break out rooms
the course content and delivery was excellent and good to meet other professionals from different teams
