Martyn is an excellent trainer he is full of enthusiasm and he listens to your thoughts ands take interest in what you say. Even though the workshop was mentoring, and most of the content is new to us i could see how it links easily links to coaching. some of the content was a refresher and this far on in the apprenticeship i can see how it all fits together now. I love having a wide range of ideas that i can mix up and be creative with.

A good day, however the timing wasn't great as a Friday is hard going to process new learning after a busy week.

Well constructed, enabling discussions to flow. Enough time to discuss relevant within individual workplaces

I really enjoyed the session, it was very intense with a lot to cover but I again got so much knowledge and new perceptions from it!
