Brilliant course, excellent trainer - highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was concerned about the delivery due to it being virtual but it was actually exceptionally well ran and I would definitely recommend virtual training days to colleagues.
Great trainer, hard under the Circumstances not being able to do face to face training. Managed to keep engagement through online polls etc

Really insightful and interesting session. I often struggle with training which is done remotely but the trainer was very engaging and there was just the right amount of activities to keep focus and make it interactive.
