Really useful course, enjoyed all aspects and a lot to consider.
Very informative course and very enjoyable.
Really grateful for the course leader's time and hard work here. Really enjoyed it, hope to be able to develop and make use of what we've learned today - ultimately it'll be about finding any opportunity to flex my influencing skills from now on.
The trainer created a very relaxed atmosphere where I felt confident in contributing. No mean feat when this was online!
the sessions were very formative, and provided me with a better incite to the challenges colleagues face across the organisation.
Likes the balance of listening, watching and interacting
