Clear and incisive. The pace was good and had a balanced mix of break out rooms, Q and A and information led. I can see the benefit of using this training in my job role and every day life.
Brilliant training course. Extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainer. Good variation of lecture, group work, responses onto online tool, and Q&A. Really helpful to have breakout sessions to hear from others within the EA, and to hear their experiences.
Sarah has been a helpful coach throughout today and the programme overall. Her support has been really valuable and knowledge of programme clear.
Alot to take in but this is due to me been behind, need to set out time to do this and work through the list.
