Great session - really interactive but not forcing that interaction which was good. All really useful tools to help me with my work and personal situations.

Always a little tricky over video link but worked really well. Good material and engaging trainer.

Tricky to imbed the theory without practice, could do with another way of acting these out or going through example...difficult without role play.

This is my first virtual session. I think overall it worked very well but MS Teams needs more adaption. I had to choose between having a camera on or having the presentation on my screen, so became very impersonal on my part. Great to have the option to do the course this way during this pandemic and learned effectively.

I thought the middle section was heavily Nuro typical albeit useful for the majority of people, however it was benefit form an acknowledgement of neurodiversity.

I understand we are in the middle of a global pandemic, but it seems to me that we would have got much more from the course if it was face to face.

Good split into 3 x hour and a half sessions. Knowledge trainer with life experience and examples.

Good enjoyable session. Related to our organisation/public sector well.
