Good interaction Technics and link to real life experiences were very useful to understand the concepts

Very good trainer/training. Remote online working worked fairly well with some glitches, etc as expected. I need to ensure I now integrate the learning into my day job and have the space/time to plan future influencing work (not always easy).

Thanks for the course. Great detail and tools for tackling challenging discussions. Plenty of examples came to mind throughout the course that I will be able to apply. Only scored a 5 on course delivery due to the online delivery. Obviously in person would have been better. Thanks
