Very interesting course. Breakout rooms are great for instigating conversations on topic points. Mark is very knowledgeable on the subject and teaches at a great pace making what is a new subject for me, easier to understand
Time flew by I liked the way the trainer got everyone involved in the activity. Breakaway rooms were a good touch. Doing a course on teams is always challenging but good breaks and delivery spot on.
